What to Have Ready When You Call
Tell us what happened and when it started, where the water or smoke came from, and whether the source is stopped. Let us know which rooms are affected and what is underfoot: carpet, wood, tile or vinyl plank. If anyone in the house has a health concern, mention it; it changes how we set up.
Take a few photos before you move anything if it is safe to do so. If you plan to file an insurance claim, have your policy number handy, though you do not need it to start the work. When every one of our technicians is already committed, your call may be forwarded to another trusted local restoration company so you still get help quickly.
Before You Call
We take jobs by phone because damage calls need a few quick questions answered before anyone heads out. A call lets us tell you what to shut off and what to move right away, which an email cannot do.
The office is where the work is organized, not a showroom, and the people who would meet you are usually out on jobs. Call first and we will arrange whatever you need, including a visit to your property.
During a widespread storm or freeze, call volume spikes for every company in the area. Keep trying, or stay on the line. If our schedule is full, your call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you are not left without help.
