Where We Work Around Fort Worth
The office is in Mansfield. The work covers Fort Worth, its neighborhoods and the cities and counties around it.
How Coverage Is Organized
We think about the Fort Worth area in a handful of regions, because the houses, the drainage and the storms differ from one to the next. That shapes what we bring to a job before we even see it.
Fort Worth's older core
South of downtown, Fairmount was built mostly between 1905 and 1920 and Ryan Place was platted in 1911. Older wood-frame houses like these are often raised on pier-and-beam floors, where water drops into the crawl space instead of spreading across a slab, so we check under the floor on every call there. See crawl space water removal.
Southwest and the lake side
Wedgwood was built in the 1950s and 1960s as ranch houses on good-sized lots, and Benbrook grew from about 3,300 residents in 1960 to more than 13,500 by 1980. Homes from that era are reaching the age when supply lines, water heaters and drain lines give out, so leak and slab leak water damage calls lead here.
Far north Fort Worth
Heritage is a 2,300-acre master-planned development and Park Glen alone covers more than 4,400 homes. Newer Texas houses often put the air handler in the attic, so a clogged condensate line can soak a ceiling before anyone notices; see ceiling water damage and our AC overflow guide. Big Fossil Creek begins in this corner of the city and carries storm runoff southeast.
Mid-cities and Arlington
East of Fort Worth, Arlington, Euless and Bedford share the county's spring storm season, and a 2024 study ranked Tarrant County third in the nation for hail risk. Hail-opened roofs and wind-driven rain turn into wet attics, ceilings and walls, which is where storm damage restoration comes in.
South toward Johnson and Ellis counties
Our Mansfield office sits close to Burleson, Midlothian and Cleburne, so the southern counties are a short drive for us. Storm calls, burst pipes after freezes and leaks in newer subdivisions all come in from this side.
Coverage ends where we cannot reach a job quickly enough to do it right. We do not take regular work in Dallas proper, and for far-west Parker County or far-north Denton County addresses we will tell you honestly on the phone whether the timing works.

Questions About Our Coverage
Mansfield sits on the southeast side of the Fort Worth area, close to the interstates that run into the city, Arlington and the southern suburbs. Most of our work is in Fort Worth and Tarrant County, and the office location lets us reach both the city and the southern counties.
Jobs are priced on the work: how much water or smoke, which materials are affected and how long drying takes. We will tell you on the phone if an address is far enough out that the timing or the setup changes, before anything is scheduled.
Possibly. The pages here cover the places we work most, not every street we drive to. Call with the address and what happened, and we will tell you straight whether we can respond well or whether a closer company would serve you better.
Not Sure If You Are in Range?
Call and tell us the address. If a job is outside where we can respond well, we will tell you so.
